Colchagua Valley Chile Made by the folks at Vinedos Errazuriz. The grapes were cold macerated then fermented for two weeks and left on skins for an additional three weeks. The wine was then pressed and has been aged on the lees for 12 months in French oak. It has a lovely nose filled with spices and lavender. This is a Big Boy! Plush, concentrated and richly textured.
